At Toys Specialty Store, we understand that collectors deserve mint-condition perfection. If your collectible doesn’t meet our high standards or your expectations, our returns process is designed with collectors in mind.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. All returns must be in original, unopened packaging with all protective materials intact to preserve collectible value.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect all collectors, these specialty items cannot be returned:

  • Loungefly – Hull Pops Exclusives! (due to their limited edition nature)
  • Pop! Soda figures (specialty packaging prevents resealing)
  • Any item with removed or damaged original packaging

Easy 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our Collector Support Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • Reason for return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid shipping label (if return is due to our error)
  • Instructions for properly packaging your collectible

Step 3: Ship & Track Your Return

Package your item with care using the original packaging materials. Include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns typically take 7-10 business days to process after arrival.

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Specify your desired replacement item in your return request
  3. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

Note: Additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 5 business days after return approval
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

For damaged/defective collectibles (rare with our mint-condition guarantee):

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos
  • We’ll typically send a replacement immediately (no return needed)
  • For high-value exclusives, we may require return of the damaged item

Collector’s Note

We package every item with collector-grade care. If you receive a damaged item, please accept our sincere apologies – we’ll make it right immediately. Our team consists of fellow collectors who understand the importance of pristine condition.

International Returns

For collectors outside the US:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds will be in USD and may take 7-10 additional days for currency conversion
